WFW~~~Hide and Seek

It's time for Word-Filled Wednesday again and this has become one of my favorite "memes"!

The picture I am sharing this week came from the clematis that is growing in my backyard. It was planted by the previous owner and no matter how badly I treat it, it comes back faithfully year after year.

When I uploaded the photos onto my computer I realized how much the flowers resemble a cross. Isn't it just like God to put His stamp on everything?! All we have to do is look for it!!

In only 2 more days I will be looking for Him in North Carolina!! I know He will go with me and I thank each of you for all of your prayers. What an incredible blessing!!!

Make sure to look at more encouraging scripture and photography at Amydeanne's.

Great post and reminder. Yes...God does put His stamp on everything and sometimes it just takes my breath away.

Oh the power of the cross!

The previous owners of our home planted a clematis as well - and you're right - it just faithfully keeps showing up every year, reminding me of God's unconditional love and faithfulness.

See you very soon friend,
Love & prayers,
Joy

I'm saying a prayer for your right now...And you are right...if we look for Him...He is everywhere.
Every place that we saw on our trip, there were crosses. There were crosses on churches, buildings, jewelry, even on the sides of mountains. During the times that I struggled while I was away, it was so comforting to see a cross. It reminded me that He is with me.

God Bless,
Amy:)

Yes, clematis are very faithful to grow no matter how much we beat and mistreat them...just like our Father...how awesome...no matter what we do, NO MATTER WHAT, He loves us. Can we assuredly say that about anyone else? I wouldn't be THAT confident to say that about any spouse, parent, friend but only JESUS!

I hope you find wonderful things this weekend.

I have white clematis but love the purple...it's everywhere in my neighborhood.

Love that scripture! It sounds like the clematis IS indeed much like our Lord, faithful to us no matter how we "mistreat" him. I love that it looks like a cross! You're so right, His fingerprints are everywhere if we only take the time to notice. = )

Praying for you and all the others heading to She Speaks. No doubt it will be an amazing time. I enjoyed reading about the way God provided for you to go...LOVE when He answers us so beautifully like that.

Awesome! His mark is everywhere. I just saw the most amazing video from a tour with Loui Giglio (sp?) about the protien Laminin- the one that holds our bodies together.

Amazing!

If you haven't seen or heard of it you should go to google and just google search Laminin and see what I'm talking about.

Blessings
