WFW~~Every Birdy Welcome!

A couple of years ago I started hanging a Boston Fern outside my front door. Before too long a bird had built a nest and laid eggs in the fern. I was glad to welcome her back last year as well.

By the end of summer she was so comfortable with me she stayed on her nest while I took the fern down, carefully watered it and then rehung it. She raised 4 families in that fern last summer.

So the other day as I was watering my 2008 fern, guess what I found..........

WOW!!!! That is just AMAZING Kelly!!

Do you see what a motherly touch you have, even the BIRDS trust you with their care! (perfect scripture too!)

Hmmm, do they come when you sing? (Did you see Enchanted??)

Have a blessed day my friend!

Oh, Kelley, what a sweet surprise! (And a neat way to share your WFW graphic too) The scripture you chose couldn't have been more perfect!

I'm FINALLY catching up with all of my online girlfriends! Life has been crazy and of course I purposefully have been keeping busy. The holidays are always so hard. Mother's Day was nice and PRAISE GOD, HE got me through another one. Brent will ALWAYS be missed, but we're just SO THANKFUL for the PROMISE in CHRIST that we WILL see each other again! I do have SO MUCH to be THANKFUL for!

Now, I've just read your love story - WOW! You've been through A LOT, my friend! (Sounds a little like some of my past relationships) Link was my knight and shining armor (although our story wasn't "happily ever after" in the beginning -it took knowing that we were about to lose Brent before he changed and became the man I'd been praying for. That in itself is a LONG story). Back to my crazy high school past.... I was with an abusive guy when Link & I met. I won't be sharing THAT story on my blog because the guy that was "so BAD" was one that I was sneaking around and dating. My parents still don't know about him. (I've done SO MANY STUPID things in my life) It simply AMAZES me that after all I've done, JESUS would still want me. I've thought so much recently about the story in the Bible of the man with the wife named Gomer. (I think I've got the name right) No matter how many times she leaves him, and how BAD things got.. he was ALWAYS instructed by GOD to take her back. It's such a BEAUTIFUL picture of GOD and HIS love for us. (I'm going to have to go and reread that one - to make sure it's the way I'm remembering, now that I say all of that)

Anyway.. I'm SO BLESSED that you've got your PRINCE CHARMING and that you've been happily married all this time. That's a POWERFUL TESTIMONY to the LOVE & PROVISION of GOD! What wonderful legacy you're leaving your children each and every day.

Okay.. I didn't mean to write a book just now. It's just been so long since we've "talked." O=-)

I hope you're having a WONDERFUL week!
LOVE YOU!!!! Tonya

AWESOME!

My girlfriend hung a Christmas wreath at her front door, when she went to take it down there she round Robin eggs.

And that wreath stayed up TWO YEARS!

Blessings,
Yolanda

It looks as if there is an egg there that dosen't belong...the bigger spotted one...Hmmmm...We always get a nest or two near our house every year and I have to pray the little birdies fly far enough away so the dogs don't get them! I love spring. Great pic!

Wow...that's major trust on the part of the bird. I've never heard of the cute little birdies letting any human get close. I can't even be quiet enough to snap a pic of them on my deck.

That's so neat! I love the verse with this photo too.

I'm glad you enjoyed my little feet! I think I'll print it out to hang up--I hadn't even thought of that until I read your comment. I'll have a cute wall hanging now! Thanks for the idea!

That's amazing. I love birds. I know; I know; they're dirty, disease-carrying, blah-blah, but I think they're so cute!~
