Kelly, What a great verse! I prayed for peace this morning regarding some "stuff" I'm with at work right now. How comforting this verse is to me as I seek God's peace.

Have a blessed week!

Only through the power of the Holy Spirit can I know such hope! Even then...I struggle, but this verse does in fact...give me hope.

That's the witness and the testimony of the power of God's Word. Still breathing and active...changing lives and bringing hope one verse at a time.

Hope all is well.

This has been a verse I have memorized and prayed for myself since becoming ill, etc. It is one of those verses though that reminds me that I have to be an active participant.

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace AS you trust in Him.

He will fill me with joy and peace but my part is to trust. And trusting (for me) is one of the hardest parts.

Hoping your lecture went well,
Sheryl

How did your study go? The new Bible study I am facilitating went well with two more ladies! I continue to ask God to "send more"-I expect Him to do more than I can ever imagine and isn't that the attitude we are to take? If He can create this world, then His power alone can do amazing things in our womens ministry-I am counting on it!! FAITH!! I am sure not qualified to do it in this ministry in and of myself.
So, update us on how it went!!
