Hello Out There.....

Alright, now that I have spent the entire day constructing a blog I wonder if anyone will even see it. I suppose if nothing else I can record thoughts for myself......I am just glad I was able to create this site on my own, considering I am not at all computer savvy. Of course, I am still sitting here in a bathrobe at 3:00 in the afternoon with a mountain of laundry waiting for me, Christmas cards to write, presents to wrap....etc. But hey, I have a blog site---YEAH!!!

This is my favorite way to spend a Saturday. The streets are iced over so all of the kids activities are cancelled and I don't have anywhere I have to be. Hopefully we have something in the kitchen I can whip up for supper and maybe we can settle in for a warm, cozy evening. I wish we had more time like this but I have learned to take what I can get and be thankful!

Isn't it funny the longer you sit and relax the harder it is to motivate? I had great intentions of getting things done but now all I want to do is take a nap. Blog construction can really take it out of you (LOL). I guess if I start now I can still get some of that laundry done and maybe a few presents wrapped...

Until Next Time, Kelley

Hello back to you, Kelley! Thanks for sending me your new Blogging site! You've done a super job at putting this all together! I'm sure your site will prove to be very worthwhile overall and enjoyed by many. I have already shared this with a good friend, Joyce L. (also from Maine) whom I hope will be sending in her comments soon. She is very knowledgeable in the Bible and is an excellent (and experienced) speaker, writer, and Bible School Teacher. I feel confident that Joyce will be an excellent contributer to your new Blogging site -- as well as benefitting from your fellow bloggers! Take care! Love, Rolande (Maine, USA)

Hello again, Kelley! After reading your profile, I saw where you had an interest in most music connected with "praise and worship". I thought I would share with you the name of one of my favorite groups. They are called "The Gaithers"! They have been around since the 60's I believe. I was introduced to them several years ago by my sister. The first time I heard them, I couldn't believe it. This was the very music I had always loved but never knew what it was called! I guess the name for their style of music is called "Southern Gospel"! My sister, Pauline, has a collection of their tapes (dozens and dozens) which we went through most of them, when I stayed with her when I was ill last year. Check them out online, if you want to learn more about them! Let me know what you think... Love, Rolande

Hi Kelley! How cool that you've got a blog! :) Now there are two of us in CBS leadership with one, unless others are hiding theirs.

I love your look! Have fun with this!

Hi Kelly
I am Rolande friend from Maine. I enjoyed your blog and I look forward to reading about your discoveries in Jesus as well as your home life. What beautiful children and you hardly look old enough to have them that old! I will jump in from time to time and add my insights which I hope will be helpful and aide in great discussion. Keep that beautiful smile. Joyce (Maine USA)
